USEFUL EXTENSIONS IN CHROME
Extensions are totally different from Apps that are available in Chrome store.
Extensions are part of chrome browser and extensions are not part of browser and they are other apps from google like chrome.
Here I am showing you the some of the extensions that I found are interesting and useful while I am browsing Internet.
1. AdBlock
USE: It blocks all the unnecessary advertisements on various websites that irritates us while browsing.
2. Craving Words
USE: This extension will automatically save the words and their meaning when we search that word in google dictionary chrome extension or in google.
3. Google Dictionary
USE: We can easily search meaning of the particular word while we are reading any content from webpage, by simply clicking extension button .
4. Dash lane
USE: It is not accessible in chrome store. But we can get this extension from application Dash lane on our PC. Dash lane application will help us to save usernames and passwords of various websites and it will automatically log us in to respective websites with out entering credentials separately. Dash lane will prompt us to save password and usernames to it , when we are entering credentials first time to particular site. We have to login in to Dash lane application to have automatic logging operation. And we can change all the passwords of websites saved in the dash lane at a time with password changer option.
5. Flat Facebook
USE: We can browse add free facebook with out any advertisements and had option called profile visitor which will show the friends that visit our profile recently.
6. Google Input tools
USE: By using this extension we can type content in our native language. Just click extension before you start typing. Click extension button and select your language. We can type all the content in English. It will automatically convert that text in to your native language.
7. Musix match Lyrics for YouTube
USE: This extension will automatically identify the audio in youtube and convert it to English subtitles and they will appear on your you tube video.
8. Save to Pocket
USE: It will automatically save the webpage and save it for later use. Saved page will be online as well as offline. We can tag the save webpage articles by giving various names to labels. So that we can easily identify different articles. we have to sign in with you google account or facebook . My recommendation to sign in with google account.
9. Speak it
USE: This extension allows us to convert selected text in webpage to selected voice in desired language. Simply select the text in webpage and click speak it extension button on chrome and your text is converted and listen to the selected text in your desired language.
10. Save to Facebook
USE: This extension allows us to save links related to webpages, videos etc., to the facebook saved list. Now a days we are using facebook regularly and this cool extension helps us to bookmark the pages and videos in facebook. This is similar to Pocket extension but here we can't organize videos or links which we are saved in organized manner.
